About Us Vortex Technical Services is a
professional services company offering computer technical support and networking
support for business and residential customers in the Houston
area. Vortex also offers an array of other services designed

Vortex was established in February 2001 by

It's purpose was to help the niche of small businesses that didn't
have it in their budget to hire a full time Support Technician or
System Administrator. Companies with less than 30
employees often times don't need a System Administrator full time.
They usually need help setting up a server or small group of servers
and then only need periodic maintenance and upgrades. Same
with a help desk position. Smaller companies don't need a full
time person at a help desk or desktop support position. They
only need someone to come in periodically when they have a problem
or to set up a new PC when they hire a new employee. We can
help with all aspects of technical support, from server and network
installation and administration to desktop PC support.
