Vortex Technical Services is firmly committed to providing small
businesses with excellent technical support. Our purpose is to
be the help desk, desktop support, network administrator and systems
integrator for small companies who don't want to hire full time
personnel for any of these positions.
Companies with fewer than 30 employees
usually don't need a full time System
Administrator. They
typically need help setting up a server or small group of servers and
then only need periodic maintenance, repairs or upgrades. Same with a
help desk. Most companies with only a few employees don't need a
full time person at a help desk or desktop support position. They
only need someone to come in periodically when they have some
problems or need some upgrades. We are also available for
phone support if you or your employees just have a simple question.
In addition, we often take on system design, technical consulting
and procurement duties for our clients. Many times we act as a
representative of our clients when dealing with other technical
companies, such as telecommunications and broadband companies or
computer hardware and software makers, so that our client's best interests are met.
With a strong network of consultants and contractors, Vortex can
handle any technical need you have even if it doesn't fall under the
usual day to day support requirements.
