Remote Backup @Home

The home accounts are intended for you to be able to backup all of your personal files from a single PC, such as those stored in your My Documents folder.  Files such as:
  • family photos

  • music and video

  • financial documents

  • insurance papers and wills

  • tax and personal finance

  • kid's homework

Of course, you can back up your entire hard drive instead and make sure you keep it all safe.

Remote Backup @Office

The business accounts are for backing up a server and/or several computers at your workplace.  They allow up to 5 computers to be backed up.  Of course, you can add on as many as you like to the account.  You can backup the entire computers or just the important documents.  You also have the option of setting up a Managed account.  A managed account is monitored to make sure your backups run as scheduled.  These accounts are also set up so that if your backup job doesn't run for some reason, we can log in to your system remotely and resolve the problem.  Most of the time we can do this without even disturbing you.  We completely manage the process!
